1. Organisation of the XVI International Numismatic Congress (INC 2022)

XVI International Numismatic Congress (INC 2022), 11-16 September 2022 is organised by:
Fundacja Przyjaciół Instytutu Archeologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw, VAT EU/NIP: 526-16-64-061, KRS: 0000159898)

and

Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o. (Al. Wojska Polskiego 27, 01-515 Warszawa, VAT EU/NIP: 522-000-29-95, KRS: 0000128046)

On registering for the conference, participants (also referred to as “you”) are entering an agreement with Organisers. By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Registration
The Conference registration is available online. The registration is binding.

3. Registration Fees
The registration fees are listed at Registration page
Registration fees include the following services:

• congress materials
• access to all sessions
• coffee breaks
• opening and closing ceremonies
• welcome and good-bye reception
• opening of the exhibitions with cocktails
• free entrance to the National Museum in Warsaw, the Coinage Centre of NBP, the Royal Castle in Warsaw and the National Museum in Krakow

Optional tours as well as the Gala dinner are offered for an additional fee.

4. Payment & Invoice
Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a proforma invoice. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

• the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress & Congress Management (Congress Secretariat).
• please notify us via e-mail if you need an proforma invoice to make prepayment

5. Confirmation of registration

• Automatically sent confirmation upon registration includes your Registration ID number.
• Confirmation of Your registration and all payments will be sent by e-mail.
• Registration will be confirmed only after the full payment is received.
• The date the full payment is received will be considered the date of registration.
• All fees include 23% VAT

6. Changes to registration

Changes to your original registration should be sent in writing to the Registration Team to: info@inc2022.pl

7. Cancellation policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the INC 2022 Secretariat, sent by email to info@inc2022.pl

• Cancellations received before or on 25 July 2022: full refund less 30 EUR administration costs
• Cancellations received on or after 26 July 2022: no refund
• Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
• Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress

8. Consent to be photographed
As a registered participant, I hereby authorise the Organiser and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context of the XVI International Numismatic Congress (INC 2022) for use on the Congress website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

9. Other photography
Conference participants are entitled to take photographs at the XVI International Numismatic Congress (INC 2022) for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if participants object to being photographed in these circumstances.
